GENERAL MANAGER
TOM CARLIN

Tom Carlin, owner of Soccer Post Wilmington, is a strategic planner and relationship broker. He leads our team with innovative thinking and industry experience. For over 25 years, Tom has been the owner and operator of ANVIL Camps Corporation, LLC, a successful youth soccer camp company.

After 35 years in the youth soccer camps industry, Tom recognized the growing need for complete camp management and the need for offering universal products in the youth sports management industry throughout the country and beyond. The management and operations of youth sports tournaments, camps, and leagues has become increasingly challenging for some organizations on both the administrative and experiential front. C2 Sports has the experience, knowledge, and resources to help organizations maximize profits while ensuring that compliance and athlete safety are a primary focus along with a memorable experience for all!

Tom served as Villanova University’s Head Men's Soccer Coach and was in that role from 2008 - 2023. On November 5th, 2021, Coach Carlin became the all-time leader in the program in the opening round of the BIG EAST Tournament. Prior to joining the program in 2008, Tom was the Associate Head Coach at Northwestern University from 2006-2007 and prior to that period, Carlin served as the head coach at Arcadia University from 2000-2005.

In addition to over 20 years in collegiate coaching, Tom also brings extensive club coaching and USYS Olympic Development Program Coaching experience to C2 Sports as well.

Tom and his wife Catara have four daughters and reside in Chester County, PA.
